Last week, our German team was called out to an urgent situation at an In-Line Amplifier (ILA) site in Dortmund, Germany. The site’s generator was failing to sustain a constant output voltage, putting critical operations at risk.

Within 4 hours of receiving the emergency call, our skilled engineers arrived equipped with diagnostic tools and the expertise to resolve the issue swiftly. After assessing the generator, they identified a faulty Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) as the root cause of the problem. The team replaced the AVR, set the required parameters, and conducted a comprehensive load bank test to confirm the fix. This ensured the generator was back to full functionality and ready to support site operations whenever needed.

This rapid response highlights the value of strategically located engineers with fully equipped service vans, enabling us to respond promptly to critical power issues. Our expertise and proactive approach ensure our clients’ systems remain reliable, even in unexpected scenarios.
