Responding swiftly, we mobilised our engineering team to the site within 4 hours, diagnosing the problem and ensuring the site’s generator immediately took over the load, preventing any disruptions to operations.
Over the past two weeks, we’ve maintained a constant presence on-site, with engineers monitoring the generator 24/7 to ensure its reliable performance while the transformer was out of commission. During this time, we procured a new HV transformer from the UK, delivering it to Düsseldorf and positioning it for installation.
